Hi Sushil

I personally do not suffer from depression, I used to many years ago.
But, my suggestion, first and formost, would be to seek out professional
advice from a medical specialist in your local region. Lack of self-confidence,
forgetfulness, and not speaking properly, could be a sign of an underlying
medical problem, or even dislexia… I’m not a medical professional, so my
advice cannot be used as such…but it would be beneficial if you were to
consult with a neurologist

my name is sushil i live in delhi i am 24 year old boy . I have not confidence i don’t know why am I feeling unconfidence and abset Mostely I forget the things as:. things, answer, names & number even than if i know some knowledge of things than i don’t explain/said that of another person i don’t speak properly
may be my brain memory is low which is i learnt i forget on the support. I don’t know what i do my friends said me you do some things because you get depreation .

now please tell me what i do
