You see… Every single client that I have consulted with (at first), had a tendency to blame others. When they see other online entrepreneur businesses become more successful, they feel threaten. They feel that somebody else is trying to suck-dry their profits.

My business was in a crisis many (many) times in the past. However, since I have mastered the techniques of earning $40,000 in 30 days, I have no problem getting the cash flow I am looking for all the time.

In fact, while people stay within the crisis, it only took me few days to recover from it. This is all due to the knowledge I have accumulated in the last 8 years. (Of course, it took a lot of trials and errors to get that powerful knowledge).

97% of the Internet business owners STOP with traffic and conversion. They never bother with systemization and networking. They thought that as long as the business makes money, they are all set for the rest of their life.

Not only is this a big mistake, but this was the reason many entrepreneurs have to work 12 – 14 hours a day. It is worse than the slavery. They have no way out. They have no clue whatsoever how to work less and make more.

In fact…

One of my students, was earning $17,000 per month for three years, by working 70 – 80 hours a week. When I showed him the systemization process, within six months, his business grew to $40,000 per month. The best part is… He only works 15 -20 hours a week.

(Well, the only reason he still puts in 15 – 20 hours per week is because he wants to build the systemization process, so his business can grow to the next level, where he will earn $100,000 per month on an autopilot)

Secret Skill #1: Traffic

Traffic is one of the most important skills you need to master. Whenever my students approach me, the first problem they have is…

“How Can They Get More Traffic?”

Every time I discuss about “Traffic Strategies” to my students, they have always been referred to:

1. Blogging
2. Search Engine Optimization
3. Pay Per Click
4. Joint Venture
5. Banner Advertising
6. Email marketing
7. Ebay.com
8. Craigslist.org
9. And much, much more

However… The truth about “Traffic” is much deeper than that.

Does it really have to do with blogging?
Does it really have to do with SEO?
Does it really have to do with PPC?

Not really!

If you really think about traffic, it is the accumulation of every traffic strategy you have known in the past. It is NOT one single strategy, but it is the combination of all traffic you bring to your site. This is what we referred to as “Traffic Generation System”.

So, if you receive 100 unique visitors from Google Adwords, 100 unique visitors from SEO, and 100 unique visitors from banner advertising every single day, it means that you are receiving 300 unique visitors from your traffic generation system.

Again, it is the accumulation of ALL TRAFFIC SOURCES, not just one single traffic strategy.

However, in the web 2.0 era…

The traffic generation system is NO longer valid. In fact, the definition of traffic is much more advanced than that. This is what we refer to as a “media“. When you own a media, you control every single bit information you want your audiences to listen to.

In fact, it is like having one of the HUB, where every time you have a new product launch, you can simply tap into your media immediately.

You can start your media by having your own “Blog“.

Why is a blog very important?

That’s simple, too.

It allows interaction between you and your audiences. It means that it will let you build your credibility, social proof, and trust within your audiences.

In fact, as your audiences grow larger, you will start to see other medias will want to be close to you as well. This allows your media to double or even quadruple in traffic.

So, start with your own blog. It’s that simple!

Secret Skill #2: Conversion

Conversion is another animal you need to master. Without a way to monetize from your existing traffic, you will feel very empty. You will start to set up negativity, where you will doubt yourself of whether the strategy you come out with, is working or not.

“Why is Conversion Very Crucial
in Your Business?”

Well, if you do NOT make money in your business, what is the function to have a business in the first place. The questions you need to ask yourself are:

What should you do to have a higher conversion?
What should you do to master the conversion?
What should you do to get more money for your business?

Think about it for a moment…

Let’s say you have a website that is selling an info product. The price of the e-book is $50.00. Now, your website receives about 100 unique visitors per day (3,000 visitors per month). With the sales conversion of 1%, you are able to generate 30 sales. This equals to $1,500 per month income.

What if your sales conversion is 2%?

What if your sales conversion is 3%?

What if your sales conversion is 4%? (or)

What if your sales conversion is 5%? What happen to your revenue? Well, it may seem that just the percentages change. However, with a 5% sales ratio, you are referring to 150 sales (compared to 30 sales). This equals to $7,500 per month income.

“How Much Different Would It be to Make
$7,500 vs. $1,500 per month?”

Well, there is a secret to this.

What is it?

We refer to it as “testing & tracking“. However, I do want to warn you that it takes time to be able to master conversion. In fact, I can tell you at this point that it may even take years before you are able to understand the key to successful sales conversion.

As I promised to give out the secret on this page, here are parts of the sales components you must test at all time:

1. Pre-head
2. Headline
3. Sub-headline
4. Opening Statement
5. Testimonials
6. Bullet point benefits
7. Font size, color, and face
8. Background
9. Risk reversal
10. Order form
11. Post Script

Make sure you do ONE more thing… “Do Price Testing”. Price testing is really the key whether you will receive 3% Vs. 0.3% sales ratio. (YES! It is that big a deal)

Secret Skill #3: Systemization

Systemization is the key to taking your business to the next level. Long before I documented every process in my business, I felt that I was a SLAVE of my own monster. (Well, I should called it “empire”)

The bigger my business is, the more hours I needed to put onto it. Not only was it inefficient, but it was killing my chances of growing my business on a larger scale. I remember those wee hours, where I had to work 18 – 20 hours a day. Not only was it painful, my family almost did not recognize who I was either.

The question is…

“How Do You Create Systemization
For Your Business?”

When I asked this very same question to my students, they used the word “delegate“. If the word delegate is that simple, why is it that many entrepreneurs are NOT able to BREATH the life into their business?

Very simple!

Business is NOT all about traffic and conversion. By only knowing these two skills you are only going to get so far. However, in order to become truly successful in your business, you need to do whatever it takes to document the whole process on your “Traffic” and “Conversion”.

How does it work?
How can I do this?

Think about this…

Let’s say, in order to keep your blog traffic increasing all the time, you need to do at least 3 – 4 quality contents per day. If you were to do it alone, it will take you 4 hours a day. Not only is this not efficient, but this is also the reason why you drain most of your energy.

On the other hand, if you know how to calculate your Return On Investment (ROI), just by continuing to post 3 – 4 posts a day, you are able to maintain your existing traffic of 1,000 unique visitors per day. (This gives a leverage of 30,000 unique visitors per month).

Just say, if the 30,000 unique visitors generates you about 600 sales (2% sales ratio), which equals to $60,000 per month ($97 Product). Wouldn’t it be appropriate to delegate 4 hours posting time to someone who is qualified for $500 per month?

Absolutely!

In fact… When you really think about this very carefully, by spending $500 per month, it allows you to continuously earn $60,000 per month, it is absolutely INSANE to work the business yourself.

However, many entrepreneurs still do this dumb action. They worry about giving up control. They always have all a negative mindset about others. They think that IF they let others do the 3 – 4 posts a day, it will RUIN their integrity. (Well, you are NOT alone!)

I was like that too at first.

I thought that IF I were to give others control, over the sensitive tasks, it would ruin my business. However, when I learned how to document every process, I realized that I could create a step-by-step guidance on how I want certain tasks to be done.

This allows me to quantify the process without worrying too much about the outcome, as I could pretty much predict the result I am going to receive from others who followed the documentation I handed out to them.

However, there is ONE secret I have to tell you…

“Delegate Your Tasks Based on
The Direct Income You are Going to Bring in”

When it comes to delegating your tasks, a lot of entrepreneurs are just wanting to get rid the burden off their shoulders.

In other words…

If someone could take over the responsibility completely, they will simply give it to them. Not only is this a WRONG move, but this is also the reason many entrepreneurs FAIL in the end.

Here is food for thought: People do NOT know your vision more than you do. If they knew your ideas and business plans in your head, why in the world would they have to run the business for you?

Seriously, they could do it themselves!

In order for them to do exactly what you are looking for, you need to find out how much money you would make (in return), by having them work on a certain task you REQUIRE them to do. If it produces at least TEN TIMES the return on your investment, then ABSOLUTELY!

Secret Skill #4: Networking

Networking is totally crucial in your business. In the past, I focused my energy on doing my own thing. (Well, that’s exactly what most people do in the United States) I not only felt alone, but I’ve also made a lot of unwise decision within my business.

IF at that time, I had chosen to network with some of the most passionate people within my ventures, I would NOT have made a whole bunch of mistakes that made me make a lot of WRONG decisions.

Why is networking so important?
Why do you need to establish a support group?
Why do you need to do it right now, instead of waiting when you need to?

Getting to know the people who share the same passion that you do is absolutely critical. In fact, when you can have the same-minded individuals to support your growth, you are able to avoid unnecessary mistakes by going solo.

Here is the truth…

When I first started my very first campaign, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew that at that time, I wanted to have a big list. However, when I learned from several friends I needed to focus more on quality products, my perspective about my business changed 100%.

IF I didn’t have my support group at that time, I might have chosen to focus on quantity, instead of quality. Not only is it a wrong decision, but it could cause a fatal death in my business.

What IF I do not have that support group?
What IF I was just working solo, without getting advice?

Well, my guess is… you would NOT be as successful as you want to be. Perhaps, today, I would not have given you the suggestion to network with others either; right?

The problem is…

“How Do We Network With a Group
of Same-Minded Individual?”

There are many ways to connect with passionate people:

1. You can attend seminars
2. You can join coaching programs
3. You can participate in the forums
4. You can create a mastermind group
5. You can create a breakfast networking meeting

One of the fastest ways to connect with others is by going to the local business meetings in your area, such as: Small Business Association (SBA). Get to know people. Present your business.

Don’t forget one more thing… “Stay Open“.

What do I mean by “Stay Open”?

Many times when I met business people, they would present themselves as if they were bigger than who they really are. However, after earning millions of dollars online and networking with friends who are earning between $10 millions- $50 million per year, they are very humble.

In fact, the first time I met them, I thought they were janitors working on the street. Once we engaged in conversation, they were just RICH in wisdom.

The secret in here is… “Stay humble and stay open to suggestions”.
